I was visiting Pasadena and needed urgent brake service, so I brought my car to Accurate and this was the best choice I could have made! They were friendly and communicated clearly about what the issue was, how long it would take, what my options were, and the cost. While a small issue arose again after I left, they told me to bring my car back the next time I was in the area (which wasn't for several months) and they honored their word and fixed the problem for free. Amazing service at a great price, I would recommend Accurate to anyone in the area!
My 2016 Subaru Impreza has been having some issues lately, but I feel very lucky to have found Accurate Autoworks, recommended to me by a friend who has used them for a number of years. As one person told me, as he waited to pick up his car, he has been going there for ten years, and they stand by their work. I trust them to not take advantage of me.
Overpriced diagnostic fee and no one asked if I was an AAA member to get the discount. It was not cheaper or better than the usual dealer. There was nothing wrong with the politeness of the service techs.
Accurate has serviced my 89 Accord for many years. They are a full service group with in depth knowledge of Hondas. Always there with quick and careful service and fair pricing.
Excellent service. John and Eric were extremely helpful in dealing with potentially major issue while traveling in Southern California over the weekend -- with the car being ready Monday morning.
