Skip this location. Find some where else to go for any documentation needed. She will make mistakes and not own up to them. On the TAX there is nothing special about this location. Janet's teams lacks manners and personal attention. They will never call back when you leave a message. Its expected that you have to go in person for anything or if you need a service or follow up. Look at other reviews for yourself from other apps. The lack of communication is a big issue between staff. You should not be surprised if they blame the customer instead of taking ownership of there faults and internal issues.

I am a full-time college student and I had some questions because I started to work. I went with Janet because my mom said she was really good and I now understand the praise. She really helped me understand and took the time to explain everything to me. It was a really stress-free process.
