Cardina group taking care of The Degree in Las Vegas (Ashley V) to be exact is the worst. Very unprofessional. A unit takes two months to be fixed from mold and only offers one month credit. And still has the nerve to say I have children so I know it’s hard. Obviously not. Herself she would not pay rent until the unit was fix. That’s bad for the health. Maybe you should take another management class to know everything about apartments. Key number one… communication with tenants would have helped in all this situation for two months!!!!!!!

Avoid Cardinal at all costs. We rented through them and have had an absolute nightmare experience that is still ongoing. As tenants, they were unresponsive and failed to fix multiple problems with our unit. After we moved out and returned the unit, we were unable to get our security deposit back and were forced to pursue the matter through small claims. They are still refusing to pay us as determined by the judge and trying to charge us rent for a unit we vacated almost six months ago.

Our HOA management was sold to LBPM which is the worst property management company in LA. Especially being a small community, they gave us no attention or service (but they loved taking our money). Luckily Danny and his team at Cardinal Management came in and saved the day. They really care about the little guys and made transitioning to their company quick and easy. We're finally getting the attention we deserve. If you're looking for new management, I highly recommend considering Cardinal. I wish we did it sooner!

I am a paint contractor and I want to share my praise for the team here. We work with many property management groups, and we have had nothing but positive experiences working with Cardinal Management. Producing multi-family construction projects can be very stressful, but Cardinal has always gone above and beyond to make sure these projects run smoothly for both us on the vendor side, and their clients on the resident side. It’s hard to find management groups that truly care about their client and vendor experience, so I have to give credit where it’s due! I also have to highlight that we get paid for our work in a timely manner, which is much appreciated and hard to come by. A big thank you to the entire team, with a special shoutout to Danny, Peter, and Josh! Keep up the great work!

I've been the President of my HOA for 7 years, and on the Board for 11 and Cardinal is our 4th Management Company. We fired the others and tried Cardinal and it was the best decision our Board has ever made. Danny and his team are SO much better than the others. They are totally on top of everything, easy to reach, responsive, have amazing follow-through, and give us great advice. They are extremely communicative about everything, and have incredible relationships with vendors that they tap into for us. Termites - they know the best company. Insurance rates are too high - they have a broker that will do it for a little less. Online banking and portal - works great and is super efficient etc...I can't say enough about how happy we are now with Danny and Cardinal.
