From the moment I called, Rubin was extremely friendly and accommodating. And all the way from that to Mauricio and them fixing my issue in my car and saving me around $1.7k from what Audi was charging me, they were an absolute amazing group of guys to work with. My repair was complicated, and they even messed up at first because of how complicated it was. But when we talked, they were honest and took care of the issue immediately at no additional cost. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have a place take accountability when every other repair shop would have said "It's probably just the part we replaced we need to do some more work on it to figure it out" and charge me even more. I really, really appreciated the transparency, friendliness, and - at the end of the day - fixing my issue. 10/10 Recommend this place.
I'm very happy with my experience. Before choosing CARS, I called around to several places and decided to go with them based on our conversation, location and pricing. They are fair, well experienced and reasonable. No gimmicks or trying to convince me of other things. Service was great and fast.
Tried a few garages, but I just love these guys. Daniel is the most communicative gentleman - gives me all the info on what’s going on with my car - and Mauricio is just excellent. I trust these guys with my 89 Ranger, and I won’t be going anywhere else.
This review is long overdue. This place was fantastic and helpful in more ways than they even needed to be. Daniel was so incredibly helpful and considerate to the point of being willing to drive to pick up a part for me to help me get my car back in running condition as soon as possible. Recommended to me by a friend. Called, got an appointment for my rear brakes right away, dropped off my car. Picked up my car next day and haven't had any problems.
