I reached out to Counts Law Firm during a difficult escrow where the seller was acting in bad faith and violating our purchase agreement. I was on a time crunch and needed time sensitive guidance. They didn't initially have availability right away but fit me in last minute when they understood the timing of my situation. Toni continued communicating with me and consulting with the managing attorney after hours on a Friday to make sure I had the information I needed to work out a settlement with the seller. This firm clearly cares about their clients and made a detailed effort to understand my situation and help me when I needed it most.
