The intake process was incredible. From the very first phone call, the agents were extremely mindful and compassionate. You can genuinely feel that they understand you’re going through a hard time and that they want to comfort and support you, which immediately made me feel at ease. The entire intake process itself was amazing. It did take some time because my situation involves a lot of detail, but I truly appreciated how thoroughly they received and reviewed all of my documents and information related to my case. Knowing that an attorney—or their team—was actually looking at my situation and considering how they might be able to help brought me so much peace of mind. I’ve contacted many attorney offices, and because I have not been terminated or resigned, most were unwilling to even review my case. That experience was incredibly frustrating. This team, however, took the time to listen, review my situation, and explain next steps moving forward. That small but meaningful step made a huge difference and gave me hope during a very difficult time.
