I brought a truck to this shop for a pre purchase inspection ahead of buying it from a seller. Robert did a good job of checking all parts of the car and provided me with an inspection report. There was a dispute between Robert and the seller about the true mileage on the truck which couldn’t be resolved. Regardless of that Robert provided me with fair objective condition of the truck, and showed me the good and the bad components of the truck as it was. Happy to say that Robert provided me with a fair inspection and consultation as the buyer. I’ve attached the report this shop provides for pre purchase inspections.
Robert is truly the best mechanic in town. I recommended him to my family and would recommend him to anyone. The guy knows his craft and is a professional!
The technician here is rude and very unprofessional. I brought in my 1989 Ford Ranger 4x4 for a pre-purchase inspection and after having paid him he began to argue with me over the odometer reading on my own vehicle. He was extremely confident in telling me my truck had 220k+ miles despite nearly every 80s pickup being equipped with a 5 digit odometer that rolls over at 99,999. Rather than being indifferent after that, he continued to argue with me until I explained that Im not here to debate about the facts of my own vehicle. Upon telling him this he immediately walked off like a child.. Needless to say I wont be referring people to this shop any longer. Get your service done elsewhere. I’ve been using Robert for the past few months on repairs and maintenance of my Porsche, he’s never been anything other than kind and honest with me. I’ll continue to use him as long as he’s willing.
