⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend – Professional, Fast, and Thorough! I had a stubborn clog in my main sewer line that was causing major backups, and I’m so glad I called this company. They responded quickly and arrived on time. The technician, John, was fantastic — super professional, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He not only cleared the clog efficiently but also took the time to run a camera inspection afterward to make sure everything was completely clear and to show me exactly what the issue was. I really appreciated that extra step because it gave me peace of mind. John even explained how to prevent future problems and taught me several things about my plumbing system I didn’t know before. They worked fast without cutting corners, left everything clean, and solved the problem completely. Yesterday morning I called Mike at F & M Plumbing around 9 AM. I discovered a drip from a leaking pipe from the ceiling of my garage underneath the master bathroom. Within two hours of my call, Santiago and Jose arrived at my house and were able to quickly assess two leaks in the pipe above my garage ceiling and within an hour or so, both leaks were repaired and afterward they did a really nice job of cleaning up. They were very professional and pleasant from start to finish. Mike was very communicative and helpful and I think the cost for this job was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend F & M and I will use them again for any plumbing needs.

Excellent company and representatives! Today Edson came because there's a leak in our condo building. He was so friendly, polite, and knowledgeable (and he wore shoe covers, which I really appreciate!). He showed me everything he was checking out and explained the tools he was using. Very interesting! Didn't know there was a "water mirror." Thank you, F&M, and thank you, Edson! UPDATE: Edson returned to fix the water damage and did an amazing job. He was absolutely METICULOUS about prepping the area where he worked to make sure the rest of my condo stayed clean! This guy is great! Ask for Edson the next time you need a certified water technician!

I’m a homeowner at Toluca Lake on Rose HOA in Burbank, where F & M Plumbing provides service. The very frustrating and stressful problems are ongoing, harming my child's and my well-being. Throughout 2025, I made several service calls to repair recurring common area pipe leaks in my HVAC air handler closet, under my guest-bathroom sink, and in my master-bathroom ceiling, but some repairs failed and the leaks returned. The repeated issues caused water damage to cabinets and drywall. Communication was poor, and I rarely received a clear report of what was done, only once when I was billed for their own faulty work. Months later, I'm still waiting for full reimbursement and repairs. I expect licensed plumbers to stand behind their work and coordinate responsibly with HOA management. I hope F & M Plumbing improves its workmanship, documentation, and accountability to prevent ongoing water-damage issues for residents.

Had a clogged garbage disposal with water bubbling back up the drain after use with very slow to no drainage. John arrived promptly and went above and beyond to make sure all was fixed. John even cleaned up the mess! I highly recommend these guys!
