Unfortunately had a bad experience, called back in regards to a voicemail. The gentleman had originally treated me as if I was dumb. I asked if I could speak with the female representative and he asked in what regards of course I says payment. He then said she will reach out tomorrow that’s when I asked for a regular representative. That’s when he said you can talk to me but it doesn’t seem like you have a topic or question you want to talk about. I then restated it was about payment. This is when he rerouted me with no explanation. I was then rerouted to another employee where I was going to cancel my policy completely, as it renews tomorrow. He then tried to quote me with other insurance but I shut him down. Saying I can call them myself. gentleman then hangs up on me with no hesitation. I called back to see if I would be receiving my email of confirmation of cancellation. Staff is rude. Hope Sarah gets out of there
