Great and honest company. We have termites and wood-boring beetles in our attic and decided to shop around for an exterminator. Eric Aguilar was the termite inspector assigned to my house. He was punctual and courteous. Before entering my home he put on shoe coverings without being asked. Eric took his time to do the inspection, and provide an honest breakdown of the cost of the different treatment plans available. Daniel Hernandez was the technician assigned to treat my house. Like Eric, he was punctual and courteous, and brought his shoe coverings. He also carefully explained what the treatment entails. Daniel even patched up the holes in the rafters outside. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service provided by Home Shield, Eric Aguilar, and Daniel Hernandez. If you are looking for a termite exterminator look.no further. Jose was the best tech that we’ve had at the house. He was courteous and communicative and he was very thorough. I appreciate his professionalism and his attention to detail. I’ve not given any previous techs reviews as I found the service meh, but Jose was actually worth a review and a 5 star one at that! I wish that he could be our regular technician! Ryan was great and very thorough. Been having rodent problems in the attic and he found where they were coming in by the air-conditioning outside. Have scheduled service to control this problem.a little pricey but I know they will do a good job.

Scott was really great and very informative and explained how the whole service would work. He Make sure to spray in all the places that we asked And informed us of areas of concern and how we should proceed with certain pest situations. Excellent customer service. Nikolaus Bahena came to inspect for termites today. Nikolaus was very personable and professional. He did a thorough inspection of our two-story house and gave us an ongoing explanation of his findings. After he completed his work, Nikolaus sat down with both of us to show us pictures and proposed treatment. As we are both in our 80s, he was most precise and clear with his information. Nick gave us his opinion and said that we would receive our estimate by this evening. My husband and I felt very comfortable and confident with Mr. Bahena suggestions.
