This review is for IVAN & JOHANA! I’ve had a really positive experience with both maintenance and management here. Ivan is always responsive and takes care of repairs quickly and efficiently whenever something comes up. It’s clear he takes pride in their work and make sure everything is handled properly. Johana is also fantastic—super friendly, approachable, and always available when needed. Communication is smooth, and any questions or concerns are addressed right away. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and I really appreciate how reliable and attentive the team is.

I had termites pest control came and took care of it. Also a leak in the ceiling in the kitchencame took care of it. They also replaced a back door the whole door Sebastian follow up several times to make sure everything was completed properly. I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of work they did in my apartment thank you, Sebastian

I had a very frustrating experience with this property management company during my 1.5-year tenancy, mainly due to Anthony. 1. When I moved in as an additional tenant, I was initially refused a key, which made things unnecessarily difficult. 2. During balcony repairs of other units, our assigned spots were totally blocked and we were required to move two cars and find street parking for about two months with no compensation. For another three months, the parking lot entrance was often blocked, forcing tenants to wait for workers/ask them to unblock. There was no disclosure of this six-month construction before signing the lease. 3. After our neighbor reported a leak, the next day four workers and spent the entire day resurfacing our bathtub, although we were told it would just be an inspection. The chemical fumes were so strong that we had to stay in a hotel for three days at our own expense. 4. At move-out, we were charged about $1,400 for repainting and cleaning despite leaving the unit clean (with cleaning service) and undamaged. Please note: their lease has a term to charge painting regardless of the move out condition, so the charge is inevitable. 5. Communication was very poor. Anthony consistently dismissed concerns and was unwilling to listen or accommodate reasonable requests. He even said just resort to legal/court when handling our complains on the sudden block of our assigned parking. 6. Anthony threatened me to delete an initial review I wrote. All points backed by email/video evidence. Overall, the experience lacked transparency, caused significant inconvenience, and involved unprofessional communication. I don’t recommend it.

I’d like to recognize Ivan, the maintenance manager at Palermo Apartments in Pasadena. We’ve been fortunate to have him supporting our building for several years. He is consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly reliable. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly, with clear communication about scheduling and excellent follow-through. The results are always top-notch.

Inveserve Pasadena is beautiful apartments! We visited the Palermo and would like to move forward. Johanna the manager is super professional and friendly and is always responsive and even attended us after hours! Our lease is up in Feb. 2026 and we hope Palermo has a one bedroom one bathroom we can move into we recommend this apartment very much
