Absolutely fabulous!! My entire experience with Kleen far exceeded my expectations. From the booking process to the final result I am beyond impressed. Jaqueline and Patty were wonderful. They were very detailed and it was by far the best experience with a cleaning crew I’ve ever had. I’m a school teacher and working with kids all day and then cleaning my house on the weekend was killing me. I’m so thankful to have the help of these fabulous ladies.
We had our DTLA home cleaned by a fantastic team from Kleen (Angela and Celesta) and highly recommend them. Our high-rise requires some extra work to arrive at and work in, and it was not an issue at all. The team was friendly and competent and worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the cleaning. I was very impressed with the overall level of cleanliness when they departed as well as the way they left the overall space.
This review is overdue. I’ve used Kleen several times when I’ve needed house cleaning on short notice, and have been very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning services. I especially appreciated working with team #12 (with Teresa and Zoidza), who were especially effective at communicating with me, and team #22 (with Yanira), who went above and beyond with respect to cleanimg while I had an infant and a toddler in the house. Highly recommend.
Jacqueline and her team did an amazing job! They were on time, professional, fast, kind and a pleasure to have clean our place. We will definitely rebook with them again!
I got the deep cleaning service for $220. They (two people) came in on time (the window being given 6-8a, they arrived promptly at 6). Very nice ladies. The cleaning lasted two hours. I think with my apartment being about 700-750 square feet, I do feel the price is a little more than I expected, but I guess $100 an hour sounds kind of reasonable, especially since it's deep cleaning. Will most likely use this service again :)
