Mike from Landa Pest Management in Pasadena is the most reliable, extremely efficient, supremely knowledgeable and incredibly caring pest control manager around. I usually never write reviews due to my arthritis, but I wanted to tell you all about Landa Pest Management. I live in Norco with over 2 acres of land and have used Mike for all my pest control for many years now. Mike takes care of my pest problems from earwings to very active bees. Most recently, on the hottest day in May, Mike drove here and took care of the swarms of bees in my house. It was increasing more and more each day. I was being stung and didn’t know where they were coming from. Mike looked around and quickly found that they were coming in from the chimney. He went straight to work going to the most threatening areas, into my chimney and climbing to my roof. It was over 98 degrees, but he still had his beekeeper outfit on and was hard at work. Mike explained what to expect in the next 3 days and followed up with me the next 2 days to make sure the bees were gone. As an 85 year old man, I’m so grateful to have Mike take care of my whole land. He’s aware of the delicate balance of my insects and trees because he truly does care about the environment. Mike has been so caring, reliable, and always dressed clean and professionally. You don’t see gentlemen like him anymore. Mike Landa is genuinely an honest and caring man. Thank you Mike!
Landa Pest Management is the best pest control company out there at the best price. It’s so worth trying out. I have had pest control since my children were young and now they're all adults, the oldest being 28. I’ve had Terminix and Orkin, but it’s clear they are more into their business than caring for their customers. Mike has taken care of my home for over 13 years and has proven to be the most knowledgeable, caring, honest, reliable, available, and efficient pest control professional. He treats and precludes future pest problems, but he also has a keen insight in how the pest and rodents will act. One day I saw a mouse in my garage and had to get rid of it fast. My middle son who has a phobia of mice would not go in the garage or car. Mike was able to find out that the small mouse was in my car, and he told me the mouse is frightened and will not move for 3 days. He set traps in my car and told me to not go in my car for 3 days. Sure enough he caught the mice. What a relief! But this is just one of the few things he does for our household. There have been countless times, I thought I saw a black widow or brown recluse and was freaking out. He always would text me back right away, make sure to look at my pictures, and explain what kind of spider it was. I am so scared of spiders, but Mike's respect for spiders and his explanation of how it helps catch other insects has helped me through my phobias. He’s more than my exterminator. He’s become a dear friend and someone our family has come to respect, trust, and appreciate. Mike is amazing and Landa Pest Management is the absolute best.
Mike from Landa Pest Management came out to treat our home for ants and do a rodent assessment, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, took the time to inspect both inside and outside, and made sure we understood what to expect moving forward. The ant treatment was thorough, and within a day or two we noticed a huge drop in activity. During the rodent assessment, Mike was meticulous — checking key areas and pointing out spots where improvements could be made to prevent future issues. He didn’t rush the job and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend Landa Pest Management, especially if you get the chance to work with Mike. He’s friendly, honest, and clearly takes pride in doing quality work. We’ll definitely be calling them again if we need anything in the future!
Landa has come to the rescue for me over the years as well as multiple friends and family members I’ve recommended him to. He’s very knowledgeable about all types of pests and bugs and how to handle each and every situation. He’s extremely kind and patient and does what it takes to get the job done. Highly recommend!
