I had an excellent experience with Manny. He spent nearly 3 hours working on my severely clogged toilet, and I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done right. He first tried clearing the clog with a toilet auger, and when that didn’t work, he carefully protected the work area before accessing the cleanout. He then used a larger drain cleaning machine with a longer cable, making several passes until the sewer line was finally cleared. He identified the cause of the blockage as an accumulation of flushable wipes and showed me exactly what had been removed from the line. As an added bonus, Manny performed a sewer camera inspection at no extra charge to confirm the line was completely clear and flowing properly. He took the time to explain everything and showed me the condition of the pipe, which gave me a lot of confidence that the problem was fully resolved. When everything was finished, he cleaned and disinfected the entire work area and left it spotless. It’s not often you find someone who is so thorough, hardworking, and honest. I truly appreciate the time and effort Manny put into this job and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I am grateful for the great, fast, expert service from Manny of Magic Rooter and Plumbing, the complete job done on short notice on a Saturday morning. I discovered a problem with my kitchen sink drain and an old corroded drain trap which he came and fixed, swiftly and completely, at a very reasonable cost. He was upfront and clear about the explanation of the job, and I appreciated that he repaired what needed to be fixed without pushing to upsell, unlike some other plumbers. I am very happy and would be glad to call on Magic Rooter and Plumbing again if I run into issues in the future.

Professional! Reliable! Great Overall Service. Woke this morning with our gas stove not working. After checking with SoCalGas they said everything is fine on their end. They suggested looking at the earthquake gas cutoff or contact a plumber. Luckily I have the best plumber on speed dial. Manny from Magic Rooter was able to fit me in between jobs Before noon, the gas is flowing through the house. If you need any plumbing work Magic Rooter should be your first call.
