Monkey Wrench plumbing service and Abraham were excellent to work with. This was our first time using their plumbing service. Abraham was thorough, explained everything and prepared three different quotes to reflect the different levels of work we could have done.

The technician was punctual, polite, experienced, and highly professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it efficiently. He patiently explained the cause of the issue and showed me how to properly maintain it to prevent future problems. I am very impressed with his work and extremely satisfied with the service he provided.

Rick first came to my house to fix an old (17 year old) water heater which he got working. While here I spoke to him about replacement options. He is very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different systems. In the end I had him install 2 tankless water heaters and a water purification system. Great install. Came on time. Stayed late to finish the same day and beautiful, clean installation. Would highly recommend and plan to use him again
