My First time getting auto service done, I got kind and with care service, there was complete care done for my car Pasadena Motor Cars even gives a total print out giving imformation about the condition of car along with pictures of everything that was done and needs to be done. I always bring my car and previous cars here, and I always get my car back relatively fast. I have had suspension done on my 4Runner along with a lift, new tires and breaks, and recently had my sway bar fixed, they always do a great job for a reasonable price and I’m so thankful to have them!
Pasadena Motor Cars do an awesome job. They are thorough in diagnosing and explaining any work that needs to be done and are reasonably priced. They care about their customers.
I’ve been coming in here and know Owen and Aaron for 25 years and recently they helped and solved my late pickup problems when a couple other mechanics were guessing. They had my work truck back in a couple days and will not ask anyone else for or diagnose on my trucks. These guys are great!!
My family has been going to Pasadena Motor Cars for years. They are phenomenal auto service. I would go nowhere else. Aaron Is typically the one I deal with. He is professional, fair, It goes out of his way to make sure The customer is satisfied. I had an issue with my passenger auto mirror being smashed. When they ordered the part, the dealer failed to deliver it. Aaron personally sent somebody to pick it up and got my car up and running within a Day. The mirror was replaced with no labor charge just a charge of the part. They also always wash your car before returning it. This is a place to go if your car needs repairs. Avoid the dealers.
