We have had a wonderful experience here! Three of our four kids have been patients here, and when the time comes, we will absolutely bring our fourth as well. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always makes our family feel welcome. They take the time to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and make each visit a positive experience. We’re so grateful for the excellent care our children have received and highly recommend them to any family looking for orthodontic care.

My experience with this office has been mixed, but ultimately ended on a positive note. Earlier in my treatment, I had some concerns with how my case was being managed, and it unfortunately led to complications that extended my overall treatment time more than expected. That said, things significantly improved once I began working with Dr. Zara. Her level of care, attention to detail, and genuine investment in my outcome made a huge difference. I truly believe she helped turn my situation around and protect my long-term dental health. The office staff also deserves recognition! Everyone is kind, supportive, and professional. Patty, in particular, is exceptional. Her experience and reassurance made a stressful process much easier to get through. Overall, while my journey had challenges, I’m grateful for the care and dedication shown by Dr. Zara and the team toward the latter part of my treatment.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Sara Zadmehr and Dr. Babaan. From the very first consultation, everything felt seamless, professional, and welcoming. They both took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in moving forward. Their office uses the latest technology, and the digital scan of my teeth was quick and impressive, no messy impressions. I decided to move forward with Invisalign, and the entire process has been smooth from start to finish. When my trays were delivered, they carefully reviewed all the instructions with me to make sure I understood exactly how to wear and care for them. They even polished my attachments beautifully, making everything feel comfortable and look great. I’m currently doing Invisalign Express and so far I’m extremely happy with my results and overall experience. Dr. Zadmehr and Dr. Babaan truly care about their patients and it shows in every step of the process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented orthodontist who uses advanced technology and delivers exceptional care!

Both of my boys went to Pasadena Orthodontics for braces and I can’t recommend them enough. Dr. Babaan is a personable, “cool guy” (according to my youngest). Every single person who works there is incredibly nice and the office looks and feels modern.

I love this office. I went to a few different offices for consultations, but Pasadena Orthodontics blows them out of the park. Every single staff member is competent, extremely kind, and efficient. I recommend this company to anyone a little older than the “traditional” age looking to get braces. Parking is always easy, they’re extremely responsive, and great to work with.
