Dr. Weston was very nice, professional, and above all, patient. We are new and he took the time to listen to everything, took notes, and addressed each item. He was very thorough and Xena did well in the exam. Xena always seemed so anxious with prior vet visits with our previous pet hospital, and at times, the vet could not even exam or touch her. Dr. Weston was calm and patient with Xena and she was examined, got her blood drawn, and had her anal glands expressed in which showed she had some infection. Thank you Dr. Weston for a positive experience on our first visit and taking care of Xena!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Stan and his team at Pasadena Pets for many years. He is one of the best veterinarians I've found and truly cares about the well-being of our pets. We are always seen on time, and never feel pressured to opt in to unnecessary procedures or shots. He is always kind and calm and makes my cat feel at ease during appointments. I can't recommend Pasadena Pets enough!
Today was my 1st visit to Pasadena PV Hospital for my 10+ year-old Leroy’s 6-month Oncept shot. Very few veterinarian hospitals, unless they are oncology facilities, have access to the Oncept vaccine. I live in Santa Barbara, and was more than happy to travel to Pasadena since the vaccine in Santa Barbara is $1800 and at Pasadena PV Hospital it’s $900. Dr. Anna Zhou examined Leroy thoroughly. I was impressed with her procedure and professionalism. He also got his annual chest x-rays. Dr Zhou went over them with me thoroughly and explained what I was looking at and told me that he was very healthy. The facility is clean, unassuming and the staff is friendly. Traveling from Santa Barbara into LA I had no idea what the traffic was going to be like so I ended up getting there one hour early! I was prepared to wait but they got me in right away. Leroy will be going to the Pasadena PV Hospital for his Oncept vaccine for the rest of his happy healthy, long life.
I am a first time dog parent. My dachshund has had back surgery and needs lots of tlc. Pasadena Pets has been there for me during some very stressful times. What stands out to me the most is how caring and thoughtful Dr Stan is. When I came in for Laser treatment for my Dog's IVDD, Dr Stan saw me in the lobby and asked how things are going. This is who he is, he remembers and takes time to check in even when I was not scheduled to see him. Dr Stan's care brings comfort and assurance to a worried dog parent. THANK YOU Dr. Stan for making a difference.I also want to thank Elizabeth and Matt who provide Laser treatments and are helpful and genuine in their care. My dog Sidney and I really value you!
We've taken all of our pets to this clinic in recent years. And the last 30 years we've been to three other pet clinics. This is the most affordable with the most professional care that one could ask for their pet. No drop offs and professional service hands-on treatment. The doctors take as much time as you need to answer all your questions and you won't feel rushed. Bar none the very best in the San Gabriel valley.
