Everything went smoothly even with an internet outage and an emergency case the same time as our appointment. It took a little extra time, but we appreciate the need for emergency care, and that if our pet ever needed it, we would hope others would be as patient. The vet assistant/tech that has the Corgi tattoo, She was ao sweet and kind. She kept checking on us and loving on our Corgi as we had a long wait with am emergency case that came in at our appointment time. Abbi kept getting more and more excited each time she popped in with an update. What I appreciated most is no upselling, just telling me what my pets needs in a straight direct manner.
We’ve been coming to Crescenta Cañada pet Hospital for many years throughout all of the various dogs that we’ve loved and cared for we have trusted this Vet to take care of them as we would. The main reason why we chose them was because we had senior dogs that needed care sporadically, and it was very hard to get in to other Vet hospitals. But there are numerous doctors at this location and the hours are very convenient and we have never had an issue being able to get in for a visit fairly quickly. Aside from emergencies, which obviously requires a different type of facility the staff here does their best to fit us in as soon as they can. We have some favorite vets here, but We have seen many of them and have been satisfied with the service we received. The other thing that we like is that they’re very good at communication so we get Calendar reminders, we get a follow ups After a visit, And we get notifications when things are due like vaccines and check ups. They treat our pets as if they were their own and remember their names and are very kind.
Dr. Evelyn is extremely thorough and thoughtful. Approaching every symptom from multiple angles and taking our concerns into account. The staff is excellent and friendly. Fantastic veterinary care all around! What I appreciated most is how in depth we went on care for our frenchie!!
The entire team has been so amazing with my baby girl. They’ve taken the time to listen to us and truly care for the needs of our pets. So informative and caring.
