I decided to get a Trane 17 Seer 3 ton heat pump installed when my 20 year old Rheem finally bit the dust (but not before wrecking one of my bedrooms with a water leak that created mold). Roger was really nice and straightforward. He showed up super eager and ready to win my business and took the time to explain what i needed and how it worked. He offered me 3 options depending on my budget. And he offered to install it within a week, just an incredibly quick turnaround. On install day, his team came by and were total professionals and got it done, super nice from top to bottom. They did a great job making sure everything was new, clean, spic and span. I installed a Nest 4th Gen thermostat, and when a thermostat problem arose, Roger stuck around for another 2 hours to fix the problem and reassure me. I really like these guys - straight shooters, a super pleasant team and they do really good work. And they will take care of maintenance free for 2 years. It's good to have an HVAC team near us over here for us in Altadena. Can't recommend them enough.

Super impressed with our experience working with Prime Air. Needed to replace our 40+ year old furnace. From the first call everything was easy and clearly explained. Responsive, great follow up, great pricing, timely booking, installers on time and prepared, clean install, no mess left....not exaggerating, what can I say. I see why they have a 5 star rating. Great job!

Called for a quote on a air conditioner replacement and Roger came out for the quote. He seems very knowledgeable and was not a pushy salesmen like i was getting with other HVAC contractors. I was able to call him with any questions we had during our decision making process. We got about 11 other quotes and the price we got from Prime Air Mechanical was super competitive especially for the equipment they offer. We gave it the green light and they were at our house two days later and installed it in about 3.5 hrs. The crew was very nice and worked hard. That's a condenser outside, furnace and the coils in the Attic. We had cool air by 12pm on Thursday. I am completely happy about new HVAC install and would highly recommend this team.

Our 40+ year old gas furnace was at end of life and we wanted to replace it with a heat pump. Several friends recommended Prime Air Mechanical and theirs was one of the estimates we got. They weren’t the lowest and not the highest quote but the service was far beyond what I paid, and we were impressed with their knowledge and experience so they got the job. They did the work on time and were so meticulous. They removed the old furnace from our basement and cleaned up before they left each day. Everything about the install was precise. We've had the unit in both hot and cold weather now and it's working great. We like how quiet it is. I'd recommend Prime Air Mechanical to anyone for anything from a repair or tuneup to a full install.

These guys are great. They came in at a great price and did a great job. I hired them to replace the AC for my condo and they did a great job there so naturally I hired them again for our house, which hasn't seen any major upgrades since it was built. Install went very smoothly and they installed a thermostat of my choosing, even though they mostly support nest. They even fixed an issue with my downstairs vents where they weren't getting airflow (One of the splitters came undone in a wall).
