I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Reigal Property Management. Over the course of my tenancy, I have dealt with ongoing neglected maintenance issues, poor communication, repeated rent increases, and a dismissive attitude toward serious concerns raised in good faith. For an extended period of time, I have repeatedly raised concerns regarding moisture intrusion, visible mold, and maintenance-related issues within my unit. Instead of receiving timely updates, transparency, or meaningful action, I was often left waiting for responses and follow-through. Despite making efforts to address these concerns respectfully and cooperatively, I frequently felt ignored, brushed aside, or spoken to in a manner that came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude. As a tenant, I understand that maintenance issues can take time to investigate and resolve. What has been especially frustrating is not simply the existence of these problems, but the way I have been treated while trying to address them. I approached these concerns in good faith because I wanted a safe and healthy living environment, not conflict. Tenants should not feel as though they are inconveniencing management for raising legitimate concerns about the condition of their home. Adding to this frustration, rent has continued to increase while significant habitability and maintenance concerns remain unresolved. I have personally experienced health symptoms while living in the unit that have caused me concern, particularly in relation to the ongoing environmental issues and mold growth within the apartment. Overall, this experience has been stressful, disappointing, and disheartening. I hope this review encourages better communication, greater accountability, and more respectful treatment of tenants who are simply asking for safe living conditions and proper maintenance of the property.

I'm very pleased with the friendly service of Riegel Property Management. I have been living at my location for quite a number of years. There have been a number of owners. Throughout all of these changes, Riegel Property Management has been consistently diligent and helpful. I have had typical apartment issues that have been addressed immediately by their subcontractors. They have an app that is used to pay rent as well as indicate maintenance issues. When I have had any questions or needed clarification it was easy for me to contact the main office by phone. I appreciate that they have fully vetted subcontractors that come and work at the property and apartments. It is apparent that they take pride in the excellent service that they provide. I have had direct contact with a number of staff members and appreciate their immediate follow-through. It is easy for me to recommend Riegel Property Management.

Over the years, they handled repeated late rent payments, maintenance complications, property damage concerns, and a difficult move-out process with professionalism, diligence, and care. They coordinated with contractors, documented the issues carefully, communicated with me clearly, and took the necessary steps to protect my interests as the property owner. When the situation required legal guidance, Riegel Property Mnagement worked closely with the law firm handling the matter and made sure everything was handled properly. Their experience and attention to detail gave me confidence during a stressful situation. I am very grateful for the way Riegel Property Management handled this matter and for the professionalism they have shown in managing my property.

The management company was great. The two times I needed a fix to my apartment they responded promptly to resolve the issue. They even gifted tenants holiday sweets. I highly recommend living in their Lexington Glendale apartment complex. Jana was incredibly nice and helpful! No complaints. If I didn't have to move, I would have lived there for a long time!!

I lived in one of their condo properties for almost 3 years. Brian took great care of our property and resolved issues as soon as we contacted them at no cost to us. They visited the property once a year to ensure everything was working properly and answer any concerns and sent small gift cards for paying the rent on time. They did have a bad receptionist who wouldn’t answer the phone or rely messages on time, that would be my only feedback to them.
