Andrew was great and incredibly helpful! We had another plumber come out about two weeks ago and paid a pretty significant amount to fix a toilet clog. While they temporarily cleared it, they didn’t really do the due diligence to figure out what was actually causing the issue. They removed the toilet but never ran a cable or camera to confirm the pipe was fully clear. Sure enough, today the toilet clogged again. Andrew came in, properly assessed the situation, ran the auger and cable, and then used a camera to confirm everything was completely cleared out and flowing properly. Really appreciated the thoroughness, professionalism, and transparency throughout the process. Thank you again to Andrew and the crew!
Wow! What a nice, good guy…Andrew! And fortunately a crazy quick experience with our toilet! Although the price was steep, we were so grateful Roto-Rooter was able to come out within an hour of our request, on a Saturday night, of a holiday weekend, no less.
