I happened to dropped by this store and was greeted by the nice staff at this location. I had already filed my taxes for the season, but had questions that was thoroughly answered in a simple and concise explanation. I'll definitely like to file my taxes here for the next season.

It was alot easier talking and filing taxes with some in person like Nomi she was awesome and very helpful couldn’t done it without her help. On plus side it was close to home.

Great experience. Nomi, our tax person, was fantastic. She made my wife and I feel right at home, explained the process to us and was jovial and professional throughout. We enjoyed working with her very much and look forward to doing so in the future.

I went in to ask a few questions regarding my tax returns, and was greeted so warmly by the concierge Andi! She made sure that I was able to talk to a tax expert in a timely manner. I've received all the information I need to get my taxes done by one of their experts. I highly recommend coming into the new store!

I set an appointment to have our taxes done. Their system automatically canceled my appointment without reason or warning. I physically walked to the business to ask why. The girl who greeted me was aware of the cancelation, but had no idea why except to say that it must be a system glitch. I then met a lady who claimed to be a CPA. No problem, she said. She knew I needed IRS Form 3115 to catch up on past depreciation on a rental property. She had all my documents scanned and made an appointment for the following week. She them messaged me the following day stating that TurboTax doesn't offer Form 3115, but still come in for my appointment! I'm serious. Total incompetence. Very nice and friendly people, but they are disorganized and lacking in either training or tools necessary to complete taxes beyond the most basic taxes imaginable. Under no circumstances would I ever consider them for anyone except for the simplest, most basic taxes, such as simple W-2.
