I can't say enough great things about Kenya and her team. We were looking to buy our first house and found Kenya through all her amazing reviews and her expertise in our desired neighborhoods. After one call with Kenya, we were immediately confident that she would be the best person to help us. Throughout our home buying process, she was always available to answer our million questions, took all the time needed to educate us along the way, helped us make smart choices based on her knowledge and experience in this market, and was absolutely the reason we had our offer accepted. As first time home buyers, Kenya and the team have been a godsend. My partner and I started the process of reaching out to agents a few years ago, just to get familiar with the local market and learn how we should financially prepare. Kenya showed up at that first meeting and made sure to give us as much knowledge as possible, fully aware that we wouldn't be starting the process any time soon, and that we might not be her clients at all. After that first meeting, we knew she was the right fit. While house hunting, she always made sure to answer any questions we had, and went through so many options for home ownership to see what was the best fit for us. We looked at condos, TICs, duplexes, and single family homes with Kenya over the years, and she (and her team) was always well informed on the pros and cons of each property. We never felt rushed or pressured, and Kenya always made sure we felt confident that we would find the perfect home eventually. And we did! Spoiler, we ended up in a gorgeous single family home, and it was the perfect fit. Once we got into the offer process, Kenya always took the time to explain the legalese on every document we ever looked at, and made sure we were making offers that felt comfortable at our budget. We trust her so much, especially because she always championed what we asked for : the idea of being patient in finding the perfect home for us instead of pressuring us to max out our budget to get 'this' home. And when our offer got accepted, her and the team went above and beyond to make sure the escrow process was a breeze. We were always getting informed updates from the team, and whenever a snag occurred, Kenya made sure to let us know our options and what the solutions may be. We felt so empowered through this whole process, and Kenya made that happen. We were joking that we can't wait to sell and buy with Kenya again, just because she made it so fun. But we're in no rush, we're excited to enjoy our home for a long time! Thanks Kenya!
