Meg was fantastic to work with and provided exceptional service. She spent a lot of time understanding my wishes and needs for a home in the Pasadena area, including sending listings and having my wife and me comment on what we liked and didn't like. This helped us narrow our search, and Meg was ALWAYS available to go to open houses with us where she pointed out each home's problems and better qualities. She was also provided indispensable support during our bidding, inspection, and closing processes, coordinating well with my wife and me, who were never able to look at the home at the same time. Meg also found us great financing, which ultimately sealed the deal and convinced the sellers to accept our bid in a very competitive situation. She also went above and beyond in arranging inspections and having work done to the property we bought that was beyond the scope of a buyer's agent.
