Tony Tony Tony!!! Thank you for making dreams come true! My wife and I purchased our first home in 2016 and tried several times to buy our second home several times with our first realtor. We lucked out several times and eventually given up. This year we saw that rates were dropping and we might have a chance to purchase our dream home. I’ve known Tony for many years due to two of my groomsmen purchasing homes with Tony and thought we’d give him a call. Tony was extremely understanding, very diligent, and most importantly very knowledgeable. We started off with a very low budget to our desired area but never made it seem like it was impossible. After some research and a mortgage lender referral, we were qualified for 5.8% when our mortgage company that refinanced our home at 2.75% gave us a 6.375% rate. What an incredible game changer! It ultimately raised our purchasing power in which we surprisingly landed on an offer lower than the listing price! Tony also referred us to his home inspectors that performed an amazing and thorough inspection if the home. Far better than what we had with our first home. He used to inspection report to obtain a great credit on our escrow. I honestly cannot be more grateful for Tony and all of his efforts in getting us our dream home in Temple City. I highly recommend Tony!!!

This review is long overdue for Tony. I’ve known Tony for a long time and always trusted that he would be honest and straightforward with me as my realtor. Throughout the entire process, he provided sound advice, was never pushy, and remained patient as he guided me through every step. He was not only a great realtor but also an emotional support during what can be a daunting experience. Tony gave me practical, realistic advice and drove all over Orange County to show me countless homes—until we finally found the one. Even after closing, he still checks in from time to time to see how the renovations are going and make sure I’m happy in my new home.
