I was going through my (recently passed) cat's things and I found two business cards from here. Though I will never be a client now that my baby is over the rainbow bridge, I need everyone to know the care these doctors and techs had for my sweet, old man. Dr. Yang and Dr. Allsup are absolute superstars of care. For 3 1/2 years they listened and helped my cat like he was their own. They are quick with advice and make it a point to make everyone I've seen them interact with remain calm. Techs like Michelle, Daisy, Raven and Samantha (and others) are kind and wonderful women. No one here ever made me feel stupid for learning new ways to care for my animal, and they were always checking in on things he needed. As a college kid with her first cat by herself, they felt like a safety net, or another family I could ask advice from, and I'm so glad they were the ones to care for him up until earlier this month when he decided it was his time & he was done fighting. I am devastated, but I feel grateful to this team. It's not likely II'll have it in me to have another furry companion anytime soon, please know if you have a cat and want them cared for, take them to the kind hearts that work here. Thank you for everything all of you did for Patches.

(Lil back story, my dog was bitten by a rattle snake) The doctor was very informative BUT her nurse said that my dog was not responding to any kind of treatment and that it be in her best interest to put her down. I decided not to as my dad convinced me to take her home and if she passes at home at least she’d be with us and not in a strange place. She recovered after 6 weeks of care at home after spending about 1 week in the VCA. Please be careful I’d hate to see someone be convinced into putting down their loved fur baby by nurses that seem to care but don’t.

Amazing! Friendly and informative, the staff was incredible. The manager even greeted me! Dr. Hajar was incredibly patient with my questions (first time rabbit rescuer) and gave me incredible resources to further enhance our rabbits new life with us. Thank you all so very much!

VCA was offering a free first exam so I called to book, I specifically made sure it was okay that I have a rabbit and can still use the coupon. Today AFTER DRIVING ALL THE WAY FROM SANTA CLARITA I came in for them to tell me they don’t accept the coupon for exotics and I’ll have to pay $172 for the exam fee?? I told them the time I called and date and that I was specifically told this and 1) wouldn’t have made my rabbit sit through this car ride while sick and 2) wouldn’t have driven all this way myself for NO REASON they then argued with me that their prices are comparable to other places, he now has an appointment with another vet for a $70 exam fee so… waste of my time, horrible communication, they should’ve called me to confirm and tell me this beforehand or never lied in the first place.

I brought my hamster here a few days ago! The receptionists were very kind and the vet who saw my hamster was very knowledgeable! Since then, my hamster is doing well and he's slowly gaining weight as the vet told me he was a little skinny. The office is very clean and they saw my hamster right away with his appointment! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and the vet didn't recommend any unnecessary treatments for him. I usually go to a different vet for my small animals, but the vet I usually see was booked until two weeks from now and I wanted my hamster to be seen sooner. I am very glad I took him here and I would take him again! Thank you very much for seeing my little guy and taking good care of him! It was his first time at the get too, and I felt like the vet was very understanding and moved slow with my hamster so he didn't get nervous.
