I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care I have received at your practice. The staff have been consistently pleasant and provided much-needed support during a difficult time with my dental health. Furthermore, the dentists have been exceptional in communicating information and advocating on my behalf regarding insurance matters. During my visit today, I felt truly heard and valued as a patient. Thank you for providing such a positive experience.

Dr. Narbeh Gharakhanian, DDS Did an outstanding job removing my wisdom teeth that were really painful. He did so amazing that I didn’t feel a thing. I was in a lot of pain before I got them removed and extremely nervous to get them removed but he has a way of being very casual and calming people’s nerves down. I would highly recommend him to anyone who need oral surgery. I truly think he’s the best and he’s the only reason I’m giving five stars to this place. Besides him, the staff and other doctors are just OKAY. In my initial exam with another lady doctor, she was rushing me out as fast as possible and really not answering any of my questions because they seem to overbook people in too close together which either causes them to rush with a patient or overlook things or your exam gets delayed. I feel like the western dental cares about booking as many people as possible to get every single patient and they’re insurance money. I honestly felt like a number with them and not like a human. It just felt like they only care about $$$ But the only reason I put five stars is because of my second visit with Dr. Narbeh Gharakhanian. He’s the BEST. I’m very thankful for him

I went in today I do have Medi-Cal. Everybody was OK. I guess not that nice but they wanna pull out for my teeth. I am gonna get a second opinion, but they don’t treat you good unless you have money they don’t care if you have Medi-Cal they don’t really care about their patience. I could tell so. I am definitely getting a second opinion

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Dr. Park Dr. Park consistently provides excellent dental care. His expertise, professionalism, and passion for his work are evident at every visit. If you are looking for a quality dentist, look no further. The assistants are friendly, parking is convenient, and the restrooms are always clean. My feedback is mainly for Western Dental. It appears the front office has been reduced in staff, and while the team works hard, they seem overextended. I also wish calls could go directly to the office instead of being routed through a central call center. As for the waiting area, it would be nice to have more TV options than the news and to offer guest Wi-Fi for patients. Dr. Park deserves 5 stars. The office facilities and patient experience are closer to 3 stars, but I would still recommend this location because of the excellent care he provides.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Doctor Park was a great doctor. The Dental assistants Leslie, noemi and Kelly were very informative and patient and making sure i was comfortable throughout my treatment. Looking forward to more visits here in the future.
