I contacted Wise Pest Control in a panic, thinking I was seeing frass from termites on a wooden plank on the exterior of my home. They were super quick to respond and we scheduled a free inspection. Josh came out for an inspection on a holiday weekend and immediately was able to determine the actual root cause (not termites) and let me know that all I have to do is remove the old plank that was serving no functional or aesthetic purpose anyway. As a new homeowner, this was my first time experiencing pest issues. Other companies might have tried to take advantage of that and try to sell me services I didn’t actually need, but Josh was honest, transparent, kind, and efficient. I recommend Wise Pest Control to anyone who has concerns about a pest issue.

Jeff responded quickly, explained the different outdoor spider treatment options, and helped me choose an effective eco-friendly solution that fits my family’s needs and concerns, and the service itself was attentive and thorough. Jeff and his team are great. They have done multiple treatments against ants for us which have been super effective. Both outdoors in our yard and indoors. They are reliable and quick to respond. Friendly and easy to communicate with as well. Totally recommend these guys.
